I just wanted to say how amazing yesterday’s community event was! It was so much fun, incredibly well organized, and such a great way to bring everyone together. It was so cool meeting so many new people in the community and getting to know our neighbors. A huge thank you to our apartment manager, who is truly the best! She always goes above and beyond for the residents, and it really shows. Her entire team is amazing, friendly, and works so hard to make this community feel welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you all for putting together such an awesome event. We had an incredible time, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

This is truly a beautiful and safe place to live in especially if you are living alone. The area is so calm and the staff is beyond amazing. This is truly worth the cost :)

I've had an amazing experience with Alanna Apartments so far. Haunah has been extremely helpful in touring apartments and working through the lease agreement. She and the rest of the team are extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend checking this complex out!

I toured Alanna Apartments recently and had a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful! Especially the fitness center, modern, top-tier! The apartments I viewed were spacious with all new finishes. A special thanks to Jade who walked me through everything! She was friendly, patient and professional. the apartment complex was absolutely beautiful and way better in person. everything was super clean, modern, and well kept. the atmosphere felt really welcoming as well. it honestly seems like a great place to live. Jade was also very kind and helpful during our tour and made the experience 10x more enjoyable!

I’ve had a great experience with Alanna Apartments so far. The property looks very modern and well maintained, and the staff has been very welcoming and professional throughout the process. Alanna apartments offered everything i was looking for then some, top notch amenities and an outstanding management and support staff. I chose alanna apartments because of the convenience to sky harbor, downtown phoenix, and the central valley. Moving to Phoenix from out of state can get complicated, however, Haunah provided a thorough introduction to the property and provided real time responses to inquiries and questions. I look forward to being part of a great new community!

Brand new and modern apartments beautifully designed for comfort! A true hidden gem! I love the interior and exterior of these apartments. I'm so happy I made the choice of waiting for the complex to open to move in. There are many amenities that compliment your needs. The location of Alanna is convenient in regards to traveling short distances to different cities like downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale! Of course, I had chosen this complex for the sole reason of commuting to work and school that are less than 15 min! I'm proud to call Alanna my home. Thank you to Haunah, Rece and other staff for being very considerate, patient and accommodating for my needs!

First apartment I’ve EVER seen with refrigerators to keep your deliveries cool/ frozen while you aren’t home!!!!! My wife and I found Alanna Apartments completely by accident while leaving Amazon Fresh, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best surprises we’ve had in Phoenix. We toured a lot of apartments before this one, and Hannah immediately stood out. She was warm, genuine, transparent, and made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in. There was no pressure, no games. She sat down with us, explained the pricing clearly, and treated us like real people instead of just another application. As business owners, being close to the airport is extremely important for us, but we were worried about noise because our previous apartment had airplanes constantly flying overhead. We actually tested the sound ourselves here and were shocked by how peaceful and quiet it was inside. The location at 100 S. 48th Street is honestly perfect.
